一、果胶酶Y-23
Pectolyase Y-23 distributed from us is prepared with the same solid culture of Asp. japonicus transferred from the previous manufacturer Kikkoman. The quality of the enzyme suitable for a plant protoplast formation has been examined through the tests of a protoplast regeneration conducted by the same protoplast worker.The enzyme activity of the new specification shown as Pectin Lyase was more than 1000U/g.

Macerozyme is a commercial preparation of So-called‘macerating enzyme’or ‘cell-separating enzyme’derived from Rhizopus sp, and is applied For laboratory uses.

Macerozyme R-10 has 3.000 maceration units per gram and 21.000 maceration units per gram for R-200 .The macerating is measured by using potato tuber disks usder the conditions as specified in YAKULI is assay method, which is available upon request.
三、Cellulase “Onozuka” RS 纤维素酶 RS
CELLULASE “ONOZUKA”RS is produced by a mutant Trichoderma viride which was derived from the parent strain used for Cellulase “ONOZUKA”R-10.
CELLULASE “ONOZUKA”RS contains a very high activity of decomposing natural celluloses.
Also, protoplasts, which produced with Cellulase “ONOZUKA”RS are usually superior in the regeneration of the cell walls.
For laboratory uses.
